Herbal stress relief
Natural health has so many solutions to help you manage your stress. You can find real relief from stress by using herbs. Make a simple stress relief tea using, verbena, skull cap, Lemon balm.
You know how being in nature reduces your stress so can you imagine blending nature into a cup adding hot water and seeing your stress being relieved.
Here is the recipe for my stress relief tea.
Skullcp 25 g
Lemon balm 25g
Verbena 25g
Mix in a bowl and put into an airtight container.
Take one heaped teaspoon and add to a tea ball, a reusable cotton tea bag or a cafetiere.
Pour on hot water to nearly fill your cup and let tea infuse for 5 mins. Drink in a quiet place to reduce your stress and give you herbal stress relief.
