Millet porridge with cinnamon and coconut milk



 This is millet an ancient grain. It is rich in calcium, iron and zinc, its gluten free and hypoallergenic.


Mix a couple of large desserts spoonsful with a large cup of milk or nut milk of your choice and add a dash of cinnamon powder, heat and stir on a low heat until it’s a porridge.


A mug of herb tea, not fruit (you don’t need excess sugar at breakfast) and you have a perfect balanced way to start the day and keep you going through to lunch.


This will take less than 5 mins to prepare.
