THE NEED FOR A GOODNIGHTS SLEEP CRITICAL TO GOOD HEALTH

 When patients come to see a Medical Herbalist they are often at the end of their tether with a medical condition acute or chronic.

 

They may have tried conventional medication and other therapies and nothing hits the spot and then they come to a Medical Herbalist as the last resort.

 

When it comes to sleep its one area where patients that have had long term chronic sleep issues seem to be complacent about. Saying such things as I haven't had a good night in years.

 

I guess it's my age, or the children keeping me awake or waking me up. I have so much work stress that keeps me up, but I know I can't do anything to change any of this, so I just have to live with it.

 

This does upset me as a minimum of 8-hour quality sleep is so important to us for good health. More is needed by Children and Teenagers.

 

A good night's sleep is achievable for all of us, we need to believe we deserve it and put in place a plan to achieve it.

 

You can make it one of your life goals. And should be given some thought. Do you agree?
